Join us for the first event in our Yoga Aesthetic series at Shalini Ganendra Fine Art (SGFA) Gallery.
Yoga Aesthetic explores the creative and instinctive side of yoga practice. Moving slowly and freely, we will work on allowing our breath to guide us through a slow paced Yin Yoga sequence, feeling our way from one posture to another - carefully allowing the body to find its own space. To help coax the body into these longer held poses, crystal singing bowls will be used to ease us through each transition - as we move slowly into the depths of relaxation.
SGFA’s Gallery Residence is the perfect venue for our celebration of mindful movement, providing a truly beautiful and intimate place of practice. The inspiring green building was designed by the award-winning architect, Ken Yeang, and was one of the first projects in Malaysia to receive Green Building certification. Join us as we enjoy the cooling natural breezes, bathe in an oasis of light and of course, the aesthetic of living art.
This is a community class. To help cover our costs we ask for a small donation of 25RM per student.
