Inspired by the cleansing qualities of water, we invite you to join us for an evening of mindful movement and guided meditation - combining nourishing yin yoga with a gentle yang flow.
Like the ebb, the outgoing phase of water, yang practice enables openness and willingness to let go. Yin yoga, meanwhile, can be compared to the flow, the incoming phase, cultivating self-acceptance and teaching us to be at peace with what comes.
The practice will be accompanied by live music and vocals from Jia Wen, as we sound journey into deep relaxation and drift with the healing acoustics of the harmonium and ukulele.
